Sylvia is an extremely experienced music educator who has taught years of elementary general music, strings orchestra to students from beginning to advanced level, and violin and private lessons. In an international school, most classes are composed of students with various playing abilities and diverse backgrounds. She is remarkable with the way she directs her students and accommodate the different learning needs all by herself. She has superb organizational and communication skills which explains why her school programs and performances are always impressive and enjoyable to students and their families. She is a dedicated teacher and always does her best to meet other’s needs.

We had multiple violin teachers, but we were most satisfied with Mrs. Woell. We learned violin from her for 5 years until she went to the US. She is the best violin teacher we have met. She is really earnest and she always continues to demonstrate to her students on how to play certain parts. Choosing Mrs. Woell as your teacher will be the best decision and it will be apparent what is written above is true.
Sylvia is the first music teacher of our two sons, because of her our boys fell in love with music. She's always kind and loving in teaching them. Our boys are not afraid of making mistakes because she is always patient. With her teaching and encouragement our boys have learned and grew tremendously to play the violin.

Sylvia is a very dedicated and skillful music teacher and conductor. We miss the orchestra led by her in the past 10 years in our high school.
