FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Is there a fee for the trial lesson?

Yes, the trial lesson is 30 minutes and the fee is $30

  • Do I need an instrument to take lessons? 

Yes, you will need to have a piano (a digital piano is fine for beginners) or violin/cello.

Violin/Cello rentals are available at local stores. (see below)

  • What ages do you teach?

4 year olds - college students.

  • How do I register for lessons? 

Fill out the contact form and you will receive more information. 

  • Will you prepare my child for examinations?

Goals will be discussed at the beginning of study. Yes, if that is the goal for your child. 

  • How is tuition to be paid?

Tuition is paid monthly and is due by the 1st of the month. 

  • What if I cannot make it to the lesson? Is there a make-up policy?

There is a 24 hour policy for cancellation. There are three make-up credits every semester.  However, make-up is not guaranteed as the teacher's schedule is quite full. If the teacher cancels, there will be a makeup credit given or a refund if the makeup is not possible.
